Project Description: Extend the profile of the west end of the existing home 24 feet. Create a new basement space; continue with the wood foundation construction technique used in the existing building. Provide for an enlarged Living Area on the first floor with a zero clearance fireplace as a focal point. Continue the cathedral ceiling which exists into the new structure. Provide for a roomier Master Bedroom Suite including bath and walk-in closet also on the first floor. Provide a fourth bedroom and an expanded third bedroom on the second floor.
