|
This Project was complex involving the Michigan Theatre, on the historic register, a sceening room addition to be constructed on its the north side, and an adjacent structue, the Cadillac Building, into which new ADA restrooms for the theatre were to be placed. A team of several architectural offices have been involved with the Michigan Theatre on its building project. Kelly-Tinker created a 3D model of the site and surrounding buildings to assist review by the planning department. A complete 3D,as built, model was created for the Cadillac Building, itself. The bulding owner now enjoys a complete and accurate model to facilitate the creation of plans for future tenent changes which may occur. The remodeling drawings were created using 2D information generated from the 3D model. The plans included both the ADA restrooms for the Michigan Theatre and changes for a new tenant space facing E Washington St. Kelly-Tinker produced the construction documents including electrical, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC plans in house. |
