Kelly-Tinker Architects is a full service professional architecture firm established in 1987. We offer progressive design in 3D for energy efficient habitat using earth friendly technology for your home or business. The firm's principals, Ed Kelly and Bob Tinker, bring nearly 50 years of combined problem solving experience to each commission we undertake. Two of our design strengths, which provide advantages for our clients that most other architects lack, is our use of 3D computer modeling and our expertise on energy use in buildings. Each of these topics is covered extensively in separate sections on our web site.
With 3D we offer our clients life-like rendered images of their projects and animated walks through their new environments as a regular part of our services. We can even send the 3D model to the client over the internet to view and manipulate directly on their computer screen.
Our energy knowledge is aimed at providing healthy environments which save on annual energy costs through efficient building construction systems and mechanical technologies including smart building controls which can maximize the use of solar energy for heat and light.
